What You Can Expect from Derr & Villarreal

  • I can expect that my phone calls will be returned within 2 business days; my e-mail checked regularly; any correspondence forwarded the day it is received and monthly statements sent detailing charges and expenses.
  • I can expect that you will communicate your fee arrangements with me early in our relationship.
  • I can expect to receive regular monthly billing statements for fees and costs incurred.
