Lisa Derr, Mediator and Arbitrator
Lisa Derr graduated in 1987 from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and after two years of working in Chicago, she joined Schwefel & Derr in 1989. Lisa is a past director of the Family Law Section Board and a past chair of the Wisconsin State Bar Gender Equity Committee. She has given extensive training in mediation and was a director of the Wisconsin Association of Mediators Board and was on the YMCA Board of Directors. Lisa also served on the District 13 Committee for the office of Lawyer Regulation from 1999 through 2004. She lives in Beaver Dam with her husband and three boys where she is actively involved in community theater and is the president of Women's Affiliate of the Beaver Dam Chamber of Commerce.
Cassel Villarreal, Attorney

Cassel received her Juris Doctor degree, with honors, from DePaul College of Law in Chicago, IL in 2001. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin - Madison in 1992. Cassel is a past president and current Secretary/ Treasurer of the Dodge County Bar Association. She is also a past president and secretary of the Beaver Dam Area Arts Association. Cassel resides in Beaver Dam with her son and is actively involved in the Beaver Dam A.M. Kiwanis and Women's Affiliate. She also judges for teen court and helps coordinate the Dodge County Elder Law Clinic.
